These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wonderlust Glass Technologies website and services. By using our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Wonderlust Glass Technologies ("Wonderlust," "we," "us") provides consultation, sale, and professional installation of switchable smart glass film (Wonderlust Ai-92) and related window film products for residential and commercial properties in the greater Scottsdale, Arizona area.
2. Consultations & Quotes
Complimentary consultations are provided at no cost and no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those observed or described at the time of quoting, and any adjustment will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
3. Scheduling & Site Access
Installation dates are scheduled in cooperation with you. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area on the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance where possible.
4. Payment
We accept ACH, bank transfer, check, and major credit cards. Third-party financing may be available through independent providers subject to their own terms and credit approval. Payment terms (including any deposit) are stated on your quote or invoice.
5. Warranties
- Film: covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects.
- Transformer and electronic components: covered by a 2-year warranty.
Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, glass breakage from external causes, electrical surges outside the product's specifications, or acts of nature. 6. Product Performance
Performance figures we publish (such as UV filtration, heat reduction, and transparency levels) reflect manufacturer specifications under standard test conditions. Actual performance may vary with glass type, orientation, installation environment, and other factors. We will always advise you honestly on expected performance for your specific project — including telling you when our product is not the right fit.
7. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or project by phone, email, or text message. Text messaging consent and opt-out are governed by our Privacy Policy — reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
The content on this website — text, graphics, logos, videos, and design — belongs to Wonderlust Glass Technologies and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt its operation or accessing it by automated means for competitive purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonderlust's total liability arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
